Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the control you have over it. We keep what we collect to a minimum, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
1Who we are
Disciple AI is a trading venture of African Luxury Group Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 15591903), registered office 3rd Floor, 45 Albemarle Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4JL. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us any time at daniel@disciplesites.com.
2The information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, church or ministry name, and the details you send when you enquire, sign up, or buy.
- Payment information — handled securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Publicly available information — to build a demonstration for you, we use what your ministry already publishes: your public website, podcast or RSS feed, and sermon titles. We do not access anything private.
- Usage information — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used, so we can improve it. We keep tracking to a minimum.
3How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To build and show you a demonstration site, and to provide, deliver and maintain your website if you go ahead (contract, and our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to ministries from public information).
- To reply to you and provide support (contract / legitimate interest).
- To process payment (contract).
- To send occasional service or marketing emails, which you can stop at any time (consent / legitimate interest).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
4Outreach and how to opt out
We contact churches and ministries with a relevant, good-faith offer, using information they already publish. If you would prefer not to hear from us, simply reply to any message or email daniel@disciplesites.com and we will remove you immediately. No hard feelings.
5Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the trusted providers we need to run the service, and only as far as necessary:
- Stripe — to take payment securely.
- Vercel — to host the websites and this site.
- Email delivery providers — to send you messages you have asked for or that relate to your service.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
6Your content
The content on a demo or finished site is drawn from your own public sources and belongs to you. If anything is wrong, or you would like it removed, tell us and we will amend or delete it promptly.
7Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work and for basic analytics. We do not use invasive advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
8How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide the service, meet our legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
9Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Have it corrected if it is wrong.
- Have it deleted.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Receive a copy in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, email daniel@disciplesites.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
10Security and international transfers
The site is served securely over HTTPS, and we use reputable providers. Some of them process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
