Terms & Conditions
These terms set out what you get, what it costs, what you own, and how a refund works. They are written plainly and in good faith. By buying from us, you agree to them.
1Who we are

2What we provide
We design and build custom websites for churches and ministries, and related products such as newsletters, apps and online stores. Your site is custom-coded and editable, not a locked template.
3Prices and payment
- £99, one time — your finished site live on one of our domains.
- £900, one time — your site on your own domain, which you choose; set-up takes about five minutes.
- £500 per month, optional — an ongoing care plan if you want us handling changes for you. You are never locked in and can cancel at any time.
There are no hidden or recurring fees beyond the optional care plan. If you are outside the UK, tell us your country and we will confirm the price in your currency before anything is agreed. Payment is taken securely by Stripe.
4What you own
On full payment, the website we build for you is yours. The design, the content, the source files, and all images and motion graphics created for your site are assigned to you. Those assets were created using our corporate Anthropic licence, which gives us the right to transfer them to you, and we warrant that we have that right. Any developer you choose can maintain or extend your site. You are never trapped with us.
5Your content and your responsibilities
The material on your demo or site is drawn from your own publicly available website and feeds, and belongs to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you provide and for confirming you have the right to use material you ask us to include. If anything is incorrect, or you would like it removed, tell us and we will amend or delete it promptly.
6Refunds
You have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, and we will delete the website. If you decide to keep the site beyond those 14 days, no refund is issued after that point. The optional monthly care plan can be cancelled at any time.
7Access and security
We will never ask for your domain registrar, email, Google, YouTube, Substack, or any other account passwords. Connecting your own domain is done through DNS settings that stay under your control. Your accounts remain entirely yours.
8Hosting and availability
Sites are hosted on Vercel, a leading hosting platform. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
9Acceptable use
You agree not to use a site we build for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
10Liability
We provide our service in good faith and with care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
11Ending the arrangement
Either of us may end the working relationship. Whatever you have paid for and come to own remains yours.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
